Marsha is from the Bethany Beach area and graduated with honors from Indian River High School and from the University of Delaware.  Marsha was an executive with MBNA America and spent 15 years working in a variety of management positions including Marketing, Sales, Credit, Personnel, Education and Customer Assistance. During her tenure, she maintained a strong focus on people, customer service and new product development. Marsha is active in her community and serves as a volunteer for Lord Baltimore Elementary School.  Marsha enjoys spending time with her family and friends, exercising and relaxing on the beach.
