A new 1 ½ story beach home is located in Bethany West Community in Bethany Beach Delaware about 2 ½ hour drive from Baltimore Maryland. The home built in 2012 is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and has a spacious great room, kitchen, dining room, two master bedrooms [one on the 1st floor and one on the 2nd floor], and four other bed rooms, and play areas. There is a laundry, large screen porch, front porch, deck, outdoor shower, gas grill, and garage. There are two televisions and DVD players with satellite TV, wireless internet, and large back yard. There is parking for five cars. The Bethany Beach bus which stops three blocks away provides inexpensive rides to and from the beach. There are four tennis courts, a large pool, exercise room, game room also three blocks away. There are additional four tennis courts and a second pool also nearby in Bethany West. The home will be available for rent beginning 15 June ending 31 August. The home can accommodate up to 12 people [no pets though]. This is a non-smoking home. The rental week begins Saturday at 3 PM and ends the following Saturday at 10 AM.
