Classic Windjammer cottage, 4 BR, 2 BA, with an ample yard on a quiet cul de sac, conveniently located between the two Bethany West pools and tennis courts. The living area, dining area, and kitchen are in the center of the home, with two bedrooms and a bath in each wing. On one side, a bedroom with a king bed and another bedroom with three twin beds share a bath. On the other side, a bedroom with a queen bed and a twin, and another bedroom with two twin beds share a bath. In total, the house has beds for 10 (12 including the queen sofa bed in the living room). Ceiling fans in every bedroom and the living room add a breezy touch, and the new high-efficiency air conditioner keeps everyone comfortably cool. Skylights in the living room and the kitchen provide lots of natural light, making for a bright interior. The kitchen is well appointed and there is a full-size washer and dryer. Wifi and cable are provided. The screen porch in the back is a great place to relax with morning coffee, and the large picnic table and wrought iron table provide room for a large dinner party. The outdoor shower is airy, open, and great for washing off beach sand, and a long clothesline provides plenty of room to hang out lots of beach towels. In addition, a horseshoe pit and charcoal grill provide a chance to enjoy the backyard. Two Town of Bethany Beach parking passes are included, so you can park within easy walking distance of the beach all day long, free of charge. Bring your own bath towels and bed linens or use the convenient linen service arranged through Crowley.
