Both the living room & sunroom provides additional sleeping with a single and full sleep sofa.
On the second floor, you'll find two additional bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed and an extra trundle bed for added sleeping space.
The cottage is a delightful addition to the property, featuring a queen-size bed, a full bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen and dining area, and a cozy living room with a sleep sofa. It offers a private retreat for those seeking a bit of tranquility or a separate space for additional guests.
Other amenities include CAC, DW, 2 WD/s, wifi, flat screen TVs, piano, outside bar, fish carving station and enclosed shower, Owner offers 1 Dewey Beach Parking Pass & 1 Rehoboth Beach Pass.
The outdoor space is perfect for fun-filled activities and relaxation. Lounge by the pool, enjoy a barbecue on the patio, or play in the spacious area with your furry friend/s. Dewey Beach is a pet-friendly beach before 9:30 am and after 5:30 pm, allowing you to make the most of the sand and surf with your dog. Dewey Dog license is required & can be purchased at the Dewey Town Hall for on nominal fee.
